Welcome to Traveling Divas. By booking with us, using our website, or purchasing any travel experience or product, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

All trip bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. Payment plans are available for select packages. Final payment dates are listed on each trip page and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late or missed payments may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

2. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, but transferable to another traveler for the same trip and date—subject to our approval and verification. No refunds will be issued for missed flights, delayed arrivals, no-shows, or changes due to personal emergencies.

Optional travel insurance is included or offered with each package and is highly recommended to cover unexpected issues.

3. Cancellations or Rescheduling by Company

In the rare event Traveling Divas must cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, airline restrictions, insufficient bookings, etc.), we will offer an alternate trip date or travel credit of equal value.

We are not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events.

4. Passport & Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiration from your travel dates. You are responsible for checking and complying with the entry requirements (including COVID-19 testing or vaccination rules) for the country you are visiting.

5. Assumption of Risk

Traveling to international destinations carries inherent risks. By booking with Traveling Divas, you agree to travel at your own risk and release Traveling Divas, its team, affiliates, and vendors from any liability related to health, injury, loss, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Conduct & Community

We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a trip without refund if their behavior becomes disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous to others.

7. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products (ebooks, guides, itineraries, checklists) are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Traveling Divas may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or booking services after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
